The Asia-Pacific Commerce and Industry Confederation (APCIC) operates through a comprehensive governance structure, ensuring strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and inclusive member participation. Organizational Structure

 

1. General Assembly
   • Role: The General Assembly is the supreme decision-making body, representing all APCIC members.
   • Responsibilities:

     • Electing APCIC’s leadership, including Executive Committee members.
     • Reviewing and endorsing strategic initiatives and constitutional amendments.

2. Executive Committee
   • Role: The principal executive body responsible for implementing the resolutions of the General Assembly and overseeing APCIC’s activities.
   • Composition: Includes representatives from President Units, Vice President Units, and elected members.
   • Responsibilities:
     • Monitoring the Secretariat’s performance and operational efficiency.

     • Establishing and overseeing committees, including the Expert Committee.
3. Advisory Board

   • Responsibilities:
