Organizations established in accordance with applicable laws anywhere in the world and engaged in commercial trade, investment, cooperation, or related activities—including enterprises, public institutions, social organizations, and other entities—are eligible to apply for membership in the Asia-Pacific Commerce and Industry Confederation (APCIC).
1. Membership Requirements
To qualify for membership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1.1 Adherence to the APCIC Constitution:
Applicants must uphold and support the principles and objectives set forth in the APCIC Constitution.
1.2 Willingness to Join APCIC:
Applicants must demonstrate a clear intention to participate actively in APCIC’s initiatives and programs.
1.3 Relevance and Influence:
Applicants must possess a certain level of influence within the industries and fields that align with APCIC’s objectives and areas of operation.
1.4 Good Standing:
Applicants must have no record of misconduct in lawful operations, business integrity, environmental protection, or social responsibility.
2. Required Documents for Application
Applicants are required to submit the following materials as part of the membership application process:
2.1 APCIC Membership Application Form:
A completed and signed membership application form, available from APCIC.
2.2 Government-Issued Certificates:
A valid certificate or license issued by the relevant local government authorities confirming the legal establishment of the applicant entity.
2.3 Company Profile:
An official company profile in English, outlining the organization’s activities, vision, and mission.
2.4 Nomination for Council Membership (if applicable):
For organizations seeking membership in the APCIC Council, a nomination of a senior representative must be provided. This nomination should include:
- The nominee’s resume (in English).
- A recent professional photograph of the nominee.
Submission Process
All application documents, certificates, and supporting materials must be submitted electronically to the APCIC Membership Center at [email protected].
The APCIC Secretariat will review all submissions in accordance with its procedures. Applications that meet the requirements will be presented for final deliberation and approval.
